Services Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Deposits
-To secure a cleaning appointment, a 20% deposit of the total service cost is required at the time of booking.
-The deposit is non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
-The remaining balance is due upon completion of the cleaning service.

2. Pricing and Service Scope
Our standard base price for all services applies to a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit up to 400 square feet.
-Additional rooms, bathrooms, and increased square footage may incur extra charges.
-Any special requests or add-on services (e.g., deep cleaning, move-out cleaning, or appliance cleaning) will be quoted separately.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
-Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
-If the cleaning team arrives and is unable to access the property, the deposit will be forfeited, and a $50 rescheduling fee may apply.

4. Customer Responsibilities
-The client must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.
-Any fragile or valuable items should be secured before service. The company is not liable for damages to unsecured valuables.
-The client should inform the company of any specific cleaning instructions or areas requiring special attention before service.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee
-If the client is not satisfied with the cleaning service, they must notify the company within 24 hours for a touch-up service to be scheduled.
-While refunds are not standard practice, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. We will work with you to address any concerns and, where appropriate, offer a touch-up service or other solutions.

6. Liability and Limitations
-Our cleaning team will exercise due care; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear on surfaces and appliances. Liability is limited to the cost of the service.
-The company reserves the right to refuse service if the property poses a safety risk to our cleaning staff.

7. Amendments to Terms
-
The company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes before their scheduled appointments.
